Dorota Grudzień Molenda
Experience:
Dorota is a business development practitioner, a long-term manager in international organizations with experience in P&L management both in national and regional structures. She is an expert in areas such as: creating company and product strategies, marketing and sales management or supporting business development, including in partner organizations.
Dorota is also a coach, mentor and business trainer (leadership development, building effective teams, HR consulting). She is committed to supporting the personal and professional development of managers. He also has extensive experience in selecting C-Level managerial staff. He will successfully lead projects in the field of assessment and development of managerial competences, identification and development of Talents in organizations. For many years she was associated with the IT industry. In 2017, she started working with Arthur Hunt Consulting Polska as Managing Director.

Anna Wańska
Experience:
Anna has almost 20 years of professional experience in HR advisory area within big international corporations as well as executive search companies.
She has proven track record in executive search for many sectors. She has conducted recruitment processes for expert and executive levels on multiple positions.
Anna is also experienced in advising companies entering Polish market and managing recruitment processes for them. In that area she supported clients from various sectors including financial institutions, fintech, engineering and game industry.
Anna also has experience in developing and conducting trainings and assessment centers.

Ewa Dąbrowska
Ewa Dąbrowska – an experienced business leader and organizational development expert. For over 25 years, she has held senior management positions, including serving as a board member in international corporations within the financial and insurance sectors. She has led teams both in Poland and across the CEE/EMEA region, gaining extensive experience in cross-cultural collaboration and managing diverse teams.
She is a certified coach and mentor, having completed postgraduate studies in Coaching and Mentoring at SWPS University. She also participated in the “Supervisory Boards for Leaders”program organized by the LiderShe Association and the Warsaw School of Economics (PW Business School). She earned her business degree at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and further developed her expertise at IMD Business School in Switzerland.
Thanks to her unique combination of corporate experience and passion for people development, Ewa deeply understands the challenges of high-paced professional life. In her workshops, she shares practical insights and knowledge on how to build effective teams, manage change, and support employees’ personal growth. Her training style combines business-focused content with empathy and openness—participants value her for professionalism, energy, and the ability to inspire conscious action.
Ewa is also the founder of the Portus Vitae Foundation. Her passion is yoga and mindfulness—she holds an MBSR Mindfulness Teacher certification and conducts workshops in the field of mindfulness and stress reduction.
Agnieszka Sarnacka Jadczak
Experience:
Agnieszka is a Senior Research Consultant with several years of experience gained in global consulting companies. She joined Arthur Hunt’s Warsaw office in 2019. She is responsible for the implementation of recruitment processes for top and middle management positions in an international environment, as well as for conducting talent mapping and market analysis processes. It focuses mainly on the FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, IT and New Technologies and Professional Services sectors, as well as on state-owned companies.
Agnieszka has extensive experience in managing Executive Search and Assessment Center projects, internal and external communication and business process administration.
She is fluent in English and communicative in Ukrainian, in addition to her native Polish

Zofia Szlenkier
Experience:
Zofia has been developing her career in the field of Executive Search for six years. She specializes in conducting recruitment projects for managerial positions and high-level experts.
She is experienced in supporting business partners in sourcing candidates for the industrial, FMCG, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
In her talent search, she utilizes various methods and tools. Focusing on the human aspect, she ensures a deep understanding of the needs of both clients and candidates.
Zofia builds long-term relationships to provide both parties with the highest level of recruitment services.

Zuzanna Molenda
Experience:
Zuza is a graduate of Acting at the Warsaw Film School and currently a student of Forensic Sciences at the University of Warsaw.
She joined Arthur Hunt as a Research Consultant in September 2024. Her passion is horse riding. In addition to her work in research she is also a horse-riding instructor.

Monika Kochańska-Ludwigsson
Experience:
Monika has extensive professional experience as a versatile office manager with many years of experience gained in dynamic work environments of global companies. She joined the Arthur Hunt Warsaw office in 2024.
In her career she was responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating meetings, organizing team-building trips, and providing high-level administrative support. Monika supported the executive team in the development of operational strategies and supervised both internal and external communications. Thanks to her organizational and multitasking abilitie and high level of professionalism, she effectively managed projects such as implementing a chatbot/voicebot, creating and managing a customer service team and overseeing office renovations and coordinating the internship program.
